Refund and Returns Policy

At Simoprints, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we create is custom-printed on demand, meaning it is made specifically for your order. Because of this, our Refund and Returns Policy is outlined clearly below to ensure transparency and fairness.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number in your message.

  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: Because our products are custom-made, refunds are not offered for defective or incorrect items — replacements will be provided instead.

2. Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Selections

Since all Simoprints products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design

  • Unwanted items

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, design previews, and size guides carefully before placing an order.

3. Incorrect Shipping Details

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we will:

  • Contact you to confirm the correct address, and

  • Arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

4. Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for unwanted items, sizing errors, or colour changes.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
To begin this process, please refer to the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section above.

5. Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Assist you with next steps depending on the courier’s confirmation.

6. Return Shipping & Address

Returns are only accepted for approved cases (i.e., damaged or incorrect items).
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address via email after verifying your claim.

Important: Unauthorised or unapproved returns will not be processed.
