B. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (local time)
Transit Time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–13 business days
Please note: All Simoprints products are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed. During high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may vary slightly.
C. Shipping Carriers

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
D. Change of Address
To request a shipping address change:

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
E. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order will have entered production, and cancellations are no longer possible.

F. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
If possible, refuse delivery and inform the courier of the issue.
If you’ve already received the parcel, email us within 30 days with clear photos of the damage and your order number.
Once verified, we will review your case and, if eligible, issue a free replacement.
G. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a replacement or alternative resolution, depending on the situation.
